These Terms and Conditions govern access to, navigation and use of the iberbrain website (www.iberbrain.com), as well as the process of submitting a registration request to access the iberbrain application.
1. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE
The iberbrain website is of an informational nature, presenting the project, its principles, methodologies, programs and possible uses, and allowing users to request registration for a free demo version of the application.
2. WEBSITE OWNERSHIP
The iberbrain website (www.iberbrain.com) is owned and managed by Susana Coutinho, author, creator and developer of the iberbrain project.
3. INFORMATIONAL NATURE OF THE WEBSITE
The content provided on the iberbrain website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute therapeutic, clinical, medical or individualized professional advice. The information presented may be updated, modified or removed at any time without prior notice.
4. REGISTRATION REQUEST AND DEMO VERSION
The website allows users to submit a registration request in order to access a free demo version of the iberbrain application. Submitting a registration request:
• does not imply automatic acceptance;
• is subject to manual review and validation by the platform owner;
• aims to verify the authenticity of the email address, the suitability of the request and the consistency of the user’s stated objectives.

5. CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON THE IBERBRAIN APPLICATION.
Only after explicit acceptance of the registration request: • an account will be created in the iberbrain application; • the user will receive an email with access and login instructions. Access to the iberbrain application is subject to acceptance of the iberbrain App Terms & Conditions and the iberbrain App Privacy Policy, available when you create your account on the iberbrain.com website.
6. USER OBLIGATIONS
The user agrees to:
• provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information in the registration request;
• not use the website for illegal, abusive or fraudulent purposes;
• respect copyright, intellectual property and other applicable rights.
Improper use of the website or provision of false information may result in refusal of the registration request or future access restrictions.
